AWESOME SITES

1. Go to EARTH ALBUM. Click on any location on the map to see pictures of that place.	2. Go to I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE. Listen to Red Skeleton's words on the Pledge of Allegiance	3. Go to THE HISTORY CHANNEL. Click on Speeches and Videos. Choose one to listen to. It takes a little while to load.
	4. Go to EARTH AND MOON VIEWER. Click on Map of the Earth to view day and night regions of the world. The white spots are lights from large cities.	5.Go to BUILDING TO EXTREMES. Click on Tour the Tower and preview the tallest building.
6. Go to SINGALONG SITES. In the first column click on Children, Patriotic, Favorites, Movies/Musicals, or Holidays/Sounds. Click on several songs to listen to. In the second column choose several song titles to listen to. In the third column click on Name That Children's Tune. Try guessing two or three tunes.	7. Go to NATURE PANORAMAS. Click on a topic of interest and preview the panorama. Be sure to click and drag on the picture to move the camera around.	8. Go to ANIMATION. Click on Formation of Contiguous States to view animation. Go back to ANIMATION and choose another topic to preview.
	9. Go to "DOLPHIN DREAM'S MIDI OCEAN". Click on several midi's to listen to.	10. Go to OUR GALAXY- The Milky Way Click and preview the site.
11. Go to JAN BRETT'S HOMEPAGE. Click on Audio and Video Files. Click on Videos. Click on *The Wild Christmas Reindeer* Click Play Windows Media Broadband. Watch the video. 16. Go to THE WHITE HOUSE. Click on History & Tours at the top of the screen. Click on an Oval Office Tour. Click on THE WHITE HOUSE again. Click on Kids at the top of the screen. Click on Videos. Click on a video to preview.	17. Go to MARS RESOURCE PAGE. Click on three or four sites and preview them.	18. Go to POPULAR SONGS IN AMERICAN HISTORY. Arrow key down to Revolutionary War. Click on "Yankee Doodle." The words appear and music plays so students can sign along.
	19. Go to PBS KIDS DEMOCRACY PROJECT. Click on Be President for a Day and go through the activity.	20. Go to JEOPARDY GAMES. Choose a topic. It will download the game as a PowerPoint. In the PowerPoint menu bar, click Slide Show and Play Jeopardy. When you are finished press ESC and go to File - Quit to exit out of PowerPoint.
21. Go to COUNT ON. Click on Games on the left and choose Who Wants to Be a Mathonaire. Play the game.	22. Go to Curriculum Links. View some of the topics that interest you.	23. Go to Instant Poetry Forms. Create two poems and print them out.
